MaoShan Religion and Taoism

Taoism is an ancient Chinese philosophy and religion that instructs believers on how to exist in harmony with the universe.

MaoShan is a sub-branch of Taoism that flourished in the Song Dynasty (1127 B.C.). It has been a mysterious mythology in China for thousands of years.

It is extremely profound and includes astronomical geography, humans, spirits, animals, insects, martial arts, and religions all-in-one for endless learning and discovery.

Its authenticity and efficacy cannot be measured from a scientific point of view. For great understanding and thus great achievements, the most important thing is to have faith, be sincere and be diligent. Only then, may one connect with divinity and reach the realm of wholeness and completeness.

History

MaoShan Lotus Sect was established in South-East Asia more than 800 years ago by Mr. Hu Xiu Hua, Master of MaoShan Supernatural Energy.

According to legends, Master Hu was a scholar who studied health medicine and martial arts. He was a disciple of MaoShan Master Zhang J.B, who taught him everything about MaoShan Power and authorized him to teach under the name of Hu. Master Hu set up MaoShan Lotus Sect in Canton, the southern part of China. But where does MaoShan power come from? It is from Taoism Founder LaoZi, our greatest God of Power.

Master Hu became an important master because he saved a lot of people while travelling to Southeast Asia, during which he saw many suffer from the reign of the King of Sorcery. He decided to save the locals and duel with the King of Sorcery. They made an agreement that the loser would not be allowed to step out of his country and hurt any more people.

Finally, Master Hu beat the King of Sorcery and became famous. Many disciples soon learned MaoShan Supernatural Martial Arts.
